Terms of Service
The basics of working with TrueFix Garage Doors.
Draft for client review — have it checked before going live.
Quotes and pricing
Prices published on this website are typical prices for standard residential work and include installation labour; taxes are extra. Your technician confirms a flat price on site before starting, and no work begins without your approval.
Scheduling
We offer same-day service when technicians are available. Arrival windows are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather or emergencies.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty
Our warranty terms are described on the warranty page.
Website
Information on this website is general guidance, not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Garage door springs and cables are under high tension — do not attempt to repair them yourself.
